This charming, typically Corsican, old house dates from 1828, and was renovated in 2010.
It is set in a 5000m2 arboraceous garden just 600m from the sea and boasts a private, heated swimming pool.

The domain is a quiet and peaceful place for both relaxation and leisure. The large 100m2 terrace has an arbor, a barbecue and garden furniture. There are also two table tennis tables, volleyball and badminton nets, outdoor games for younger children, a petanque pitch (boules provided) and last but not least a private swimming pool, all awaiting you for a pleasing and enjoyable stay.
Nearby, you can enjoy the seaside resort of Moriani-Plage or set off to explore the Costa Verde region.
On the ground floor, the main rooms have wide openings onto the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. It comprises :
- A separate entrance.
- A large fitted kitchen fully equipped with microwave,
electric cooker and oven, 2 fridge-freezers,
coffee maker, kettle, 2 toasters, storage units, large kitchen table with benches and chairs, crockery,
cooking and barbecue utensils, heating, dishwasher (15 covers).
- 2 bedrooms (15m2 / 12m2) with 140 cm x 190 cm beds
- 1 bathroom with WC and shower.
- 1 air-conditioned dining room with piano.
- 1 laundry room with separate WC (washing machine, iron and ironing board, 2 vacuum cleaners and household products).
The first floor offers a view of the large garden and trees, and is composed of :

- Entrance hall with large oak cupboard and stone fireplace
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC, dcorated in a contemporary stucco style
- 2 spacious bedrooms (15m2 each) with beds 140 cm x 190 cm

- 1 air-conditioned living room with TV, DVD player, hi-fi system and Wii games console (games and DVDs provided)
- 1 beautiful functional stone fireplace (wood delivered and included)
